Be Magical is Taranaki's premier themed party provider that comes to your home or chosen venue and provides a themed party entertainer who will arrive in character to delight and enthrall your guests.
Packages also include a selection of engaging interactive-adventure play games, all delivered by your Be Magical entertainer - leaving you free to participate and share in your child’s special day.
The Be Magical experience aims to provide your child with a world of wonderment and delight on their special day – giving them an array of magical memorable moments they will treasure for years to come.
Booking your magical party is simple and stress free…
Step 1 — Choose Your Package & Character
Pick your favourite party package and magical character from our website. Whether your child dreams of fairies, princesses, superheroes, pirates, or magical adventures, we have a sprinkle of wonder waiting for everyone.
Step 2 — Contact Us
Send us a message with your preferred date, time, location, birthday child’s age, and chosen character/package.
If your preferred time is unavailable, we’ll happily work with you to find another magical option that suits your celebration.
Step 3 — Checking Availability
We’ll check if your preferred date and time is available.
If it is, we’ll send through a booking confirmation email with all your party details, payment information, and deposit amount.
Step 4 — Deposit Paid = Party Confirmed
Your booking is officially secured once the deposit has been received.
(Please note deposits are non-refundable within 14 days of the party date.)
Step 5 — Magical Check-In
Your entertainer will contact you the day or evening before the party to check in, confirm final details, and make sure everything is ready for a magical experience.
Step 6 — Party Time!
Then it’s time for the magic to begin
We arrive ready to create beautiful memories, laughter, adventure, and a sprinkle of wonder for your child and their guests.
